Care Instructions

  • Hand wash only with mild soap.
  • Wood should be treated with food-approved oil now and then.
  • Apply oil directly to wood and rub in with lint-free cloth. 
  • Do not allow boards to be in contact with water for long periods of time. 
  • It is recommended to use different cutting boards for different types of food. For example, have one for raw meats and a separate one for vegetables.
