Can I get my product personalized?
Yes! We specialize in custom design and redesign. Whether you’re starting from scratch or reworking an existing piece, we collaborate with you to create something meaningful within your style and budget.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our work, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items. For non-custom pieces, please contact us within a specified timeframe and we’ll do our best to help.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or sleeping. Store pieces in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of our jewelry pieces are hand-stamped and crafted in-house by Nautically Northern. We also offer select items made by other small businesses we’ve thoughtfully partnered with. These partners share the same ethics we value: quality craftsmanship, responsible production, and community-focused practices.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States and around the world. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.
How long does it take to make my order?
Because items are handmade, production times vary. Most ready-to-ship items are processed within a few business days, while custom and redesigned pieces typically take longer. Estimated timelines will be shared during the ordering or design process.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS for most shipments. If you prefer another carrier please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes please reach out to us via our contact page for help with any changes to your order. Please note once an order ships we are not able to make any changes.
