Refund & Return Policy
At Nautically Northern, each piece is thoughtfully handmade and many items are created specifically for you. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless an error was made on our end (such as a spelling mistake or incorrect customization). If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and show no visible signs of wear and must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us at Nauticallynorthern@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the request.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
